What should I do!?!? Please I need help!?
OK I use to weigh like 103 and then I went on a diet like a really unhealthy one and got to 99 pounds then I gained weight to 110 back down to 99 over and over again for a while and now I can’t lose weight at all and now I’m at 111!!! and gaining more!!! idk how to stop gaining weight I’m only eating 1000 calories and exercising good amounts… please any way I can get my metabolism up soooon I dont want to gain anymore then what I am now not one ounce more.

I’m "5′1 and 111 and 16yrs :(

the first thing you need to do is relax. You are 111 and 5foot1 that is not bad. It just matters what your over all body fat is. Go by that and I would not worry. Be careful with the yoyo diets as that can make you gain more and more weiht with time. To speed up your metabolism do cardio.

If you have difficulties with weight do what I did - try acai berry. If you want to lose weight its superfood qualities help lots - however those same qualities in addition help those who are trying to bulk up. Brilliant! There is a free trial on at the moment at http://toring.yourlosefatstore.info , try it out, how worse could it make things?

The simple math does not add up. If you are burning more calories then you take in then you will lose weight.

I would suggest building some muscle, and try some resistance training. This will increase your muscle and when you have more muscles they burn more fat with the same amount of exercise.
